氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)又名過(guò)氯乙烯,是由特定牌號(hào)的聚氯乙烯(PVC)與氯氣在引發(fā)作用下進(jìn)行取代反應(yīng)而制得的一種新型合成高分子材料,是一種白色或微黃色可流動(dòng)固體粉末;拘阅芘cPVC相仿,但PVC樹脂經(jīng)氯化改性后制得的CPVC,其耐熱性能、物理機(jī)械性能、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性能及阻燃性等獲得顯著改善,是一種質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉的工程塑料。
氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)具有良好的耐熱性、耐化學(xué)腐蝕性、防老化性能、阻燃性和熱變形溫度較高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),既具有PVC的很多優(yōu)良性能,又有良好的阻燃性和低發(fā)煙特性,能耐大多數(shù)的酸、堿、鹽,而且耐熱方面明顯優(yōu)于其它塑料(比普通PVC能提高20-40℃),其維卡耐熱溫度優(yōu)于其它熱塑性塑料。該產(chǎn)品隨著氯含量的提高,其熱變形溫度明顯上升,其機(jī)械強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)也相應(yīng)提高,其應(yīng)用范圍十分廣泛。
氯化聚氯乙烯可取代傳統(tǒng)的熱塑性工程塑料,廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、建材、造船、電器、印染、電鍍、食品及造紙等領(lǐng)域,主要用于制造耐熱、耐腐蝕的管道和配件、住宅管(熱水管道)系統(tǒng)、通信管道系統(tǒng)、排污管道系統(tǒng)等。同時(shí),根據(jù)氯化程度的不同,CPVC還可用于氯化纖維的改性、制造復(fù)合材料、發(fā)泡材料、涂料及粘合劑等。另外,CPVC還可用作塑料的改性劑,與熱塑性或熱固性塑料摻合共混制造合金,改善材料的性能,使之成為更優(yōu)越的工程塑料。
