氯化聚乙烯是由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)經(jīng)氯化而制成的高分子合成材料，呈白色粉末狀，是一種熱塑性彈性體。公司專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)橡膠型（B型）和阻燃ABS專(zhuān)用改性劑（C型）二大系列，它具有優(yōu)良的柔韌性、耐熱性、耐候性、耐油性、阻燃性、耐化學(xué)性、耐臭氧性等。
B型作為特種橡膠可取代氯丁橡膠、氯磺化聚乙烯等廣泛用于磁性橡膠、電線(xiàn)電纜、膠管膠帶等領(lǐng)域。
C型作為優(yōu)良的阻燃改性劑大量用于阻燃ABS、PE和PP等的注塑產(chǎn)品中，改善阻燃性能，增加相容性。
