高氯化聚乙烯是具有優(yōu)良綜合性能的高分子聚合物，溶于芳烴、酯、乙二醇等，與所有的無機(jī)顏料和有機(jī)顏料都有很好的相溶性，它具有良好的成膜性、耐候性、耐臭氧性、耐燃性、耐油性和耐化學(xué)品性，在很多領(lǐng)域從而取代環(huán)氧樹脂、氯化橡膠、氯磺化聚乙烯、過氯乙烯等材料。
高氯化聚乙烯主要用于制造阻燃性、耐磨的重防腐涂料、高檔粘接劑、高級油墨，在涂料方面，可廣泛應(yīng)用于化工設(shè)備、油田管道、海洋設(shè)施、船舶、冶金礦山、鹽業(yè)、漁場、三廢處理、電力設(shè)備、集裝箱等行業(yè)中。
在其它領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用：可以用作紙張、纖維的防火劑（阻燃性），氯丁膠、丁晴膠等橡膠系列的粘合劑及耐熱改性劑，以及紙張、鋁箔所用油墨的改性劑。

In other fields of application: can be used as paper, fiber fire retardant (flame retardant), neoprene, NBR and other rubber series adhesives and heat-resistant modifier, as well as paper, aluminum foil used in the modified ink agent.
